I burn for Morocco. It’s where my heart lives
For years I’ve known this country from the inside — off-piste through the Oued Draa, down to Cap Draa, into corners where almost no traveller goes. I’ve worked in Casablanca and Marrakech for Moroccan houses and faces, from Femmes du Maroc to a shoot with Said Mahrouf, to a royal suite in Ifrane. But my real Morocco isn’t a résumé — it’s the people.
Everything I bring you has a story, nothing by chance. I know where the finest Berber shoes are made, where the coloured baskets and the embroidery come from — addresses you only earn by years, never from a guide. Those stay my secret.
Past Marrakech, every bend is a wow — kasbah to sea, the light at dawn, a fire, breakfast under open sky. Morocco is a nation of artists: in the wood, the zellige, the stitch, in the way they live. Generous beyond words.
